Hotel Policies

• Check-In time is anytime after 3PM (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
• Check-Out time is 11AM to 11:30AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
• This property considers guests aged 13 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in
  the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults and children

Payment Policies Deposit Information

• A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
• You may pay by credit card, cash, travelers cheques, or Best Western Travel Card upon departure
• A valid credit card is required to secure your
  reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation policy is 6pm day before arrival
• Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records

Currency

• All rates are confirmed and will be charged in US Dollars

Extra guests

• All room rates are based on single or double occupancy
• An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy

Rollway Beds & Cribs

• Rollway beds are not available at this hotel
• Cribs may be obtained, subject to availability, please
  request in advance

Parking

• Parking is available free of charge
